tejón's Fatigue Effects ----------------------- OBSE v0018+ is required VERSION 1.11 ------------ This is a comprehensive mod intended to provide a lightweight and highly compatible solution to several popular themes. All features may be individually enabled or disabled through the configuration file Data\_tejon\TFE.ini. TFE includes the following modules: Needs - hunger and sleep requirements with gradual Fatigue loss as the penalty Faint - collapse when Fatigue reaches zero. Blur - immersive indication of low Fatigue and Health. Settings - comprehensive control of Oblivion's Fatigue-related game settings By default all modules are enabled, and most game settings are changed to make Fatigue a more important aspect of gameplay. TFE.ini and TFE-GMST.ini allow extensive fine-tuning. The separate "TFE Magic Costs.esp" module increases the base costs of magic effects as follows: Effect NOW WAS ------ --- --- Absorb Fatigue 9 6 Damage Fatigue 6 4.4 Restore Fatigue 5 2 INSTALLATION ------------ Copy the Data folder from this archive into your main Oblivion\ directory, and allow folders to be merged. Activate TFE.esp (and if desired, the Restore Cost module) using OBMM or the Oblivion Launcher. Go into the Oblivion\Data\_tejon\ folder if you would like to disable certain modules or adjust settings. Also included is Roughing It, a mod which lets you sleep in many places without requiring a bed. If you use Cobl, have the TFE Needs (Hunger) option active, and would like to make use of the Cobl Dinner Plate, download the separate TFE Cobl Glue archive. Merge its contents with your Data\ folder and activate TFE Cobl Glue.esp. You may adjust the food values of different types of food in TFE Cobl.ini, which is also found in the _tejon\ folder. COMPATIBILITY ------------- TFE is aware of mods the "cobSigNoPCNeeds" from Wrye's Common Oblivion (Cobl), and will not tally hunger or exhaustion if another mod activates that signal. In general, TFE should be compatible with any mod which isn't providing the same features. If you prefer another mod's solution to one or more of TFE's features, simply disable them in TFE.ini for compatibility. If the Settings module is enabled, TFE's settings will take precedence over all other mods, causing no incompatibility. The TFE-GMST.ini file can be edited to duplicate the settings of another mod, if desired. Note: on game load, Fatigue will not restore until TFE initializes. This is normal, and will only last a few seconds. VERSION HISTORY --------------- 1.11 - Problem with food sometimes not being detected should be fixed. 1.0 - It's official! Beta history purged.
