"Hm?"
Jehann lifted her head up and looked
about. 'Where am I?' Last thing she remembered was laying with Rashad on
the meadow after her battle with Avin'kar. She shook her head, letting
her eyes focus. Now, instead of the wild meadow, she was inside a room
laying in a comfortable bed. The window next to her bed was partially opened,
letting a cool breeze come in. The breeze played with the indigo curtains.
The sun's rays poured into the room, covering most of it.
The room was a good size;
enough room for her to move around in. The walls were like a light-grey
marble, smoothed and shiny. On the walls, three tapestries hung. Each were
a different color and depicted a scene. What the scenes were of, she wasn't
sure. Next to the bed was an antique-looking, wooden dresser with a metal
tray on it. The tray had a decorated pitcher with some kind of liquid in
it. There was a cream, porcelian cup next to it. Jehann sniffed the drink
and pondered a bit. 'I won't take my chances. Where's Rashad?'
"KAPA, and hello!!"
"Kyyaaaaa!!!"
Jehann jumped back more into
her bed. As her heart pounded at the sudden shout, a little cat-like boy
frowned. He looked half human, half cheetah with wild blonde hair and brown
eyes. He was about 4' 5 ft. tall. "Um, I didn't mean to surprise you",
he mumbled.
