Hespa's Story part 26 - Homecomings

Back in Alfandra, Hespa appears out of nowhere (literally, for once) some distance above her shop, and plummets in her surprise.  Catching herself with her wings, she lands awkwardly and looks around.

"I'm back?  I'm back!"

**i know *i* am** adds Emma's familiar mental voice.

Appearing to welcome Hespa home, Flute circles her head and meeps happily.

All those who were lost through thick air are now home, one way or another (please remember that this story is supposed to have taken place *after* all the others, so from that point of view, it's true).

Hespa grins at the news, but her grin fades as a thought strikes her. "Er... I wonder what happened to Cira and Pyros..."

**well, i can tell you that they're still being written, so nothing too drastic....you ought to be able to find them now, right?**

"Only with the right thick air coordinates, remember?"

**all right, i'll make sure they're ok....i'm sure there's some kind of law against this in the typists' handbook, though...**

"You have a handbook?"
