ETTING   OME   O   LFANDRA

For everyone else: Getting Home To Alfandra is the name of a story-game currently being played out in the alt.fan.dragons newsgroup.  The basic premise is that 'thick air' (the complex, almost-sentient other-realm that I (Hespa) use for transportation and storage), being the space between everything, allows access to every place that exists in reality, imagination or (like Alfandra) someplace in between.

Due to a thick air accident, various Alfandrans have been stranded in various places far from home.  It is now up to them to get home to Alfandra... any way they can.

These stories appear exactly as they did in the newsgroup.  Some have slightly different writing techniquies (for example, using *text* to indicate actions and plain text to indicate speech), but nothing too hard to understand.

Some of these stories are comedy, some are serious, some are in between.  Most are G-rated, but I have put in warnings in stories where violence, bad language or other non-G things occur.

Please keep in mind that, as the game is as yet unfinished, so are many of the stories.  However, they will be updated frequently (usually about twice a week), so don't forget to come back!
